    RNL Homes currently builds in select communities in Bryan and College Station. Due to our current backlog, we are temporarily no longer offering "on-your-homesite" builds but plan on adding that back in near term. To view a list of the different communities, go to our Home page, and click on "Find my new home", you will see a map of our communities, as well as a menu with information of each community on the left of the screen.
    Absolutely, you will get to have your own private appointments with our in-house, internationally trained Design Specialist at RNL's state-of-the-art Design Studio. During your design appointments, you'll get to select all the finished and materials for your brand new home and our designer will help you along every step of the way. This is all done in one centralized location conveniently located in South College Station.
    Every one of our floorplans has numerous pre-designed structural options that you can choose from. It can be something as small as turning a storage area into a powder bath, to having sliding glass doors to the back porch in lieu of windows, and even adding a media room upstairs. Each floorplan will have different options to select from, contact our Sales Professional online or feel free to stop by one of our model homes if you would like to learn more about this.

    Yes, every RNL home is built with energy-efficient construction and features which might vary per community but can include ENERGY STAR® appliances, water conserving plumbing fixtures, and high performance TRANE® air conditioning systems. One of the features that you will find across the board, is that every RNL has a HERS certification, which is a way to ensure the home was built according to superior energy standards that will result in lower utility bills for your family through the life of the home.
    No, you do not need a real estate agent to purchase a new home from RNL Homes. Our new home sales professionals are with you every step of your new home journey, from shop to buy to close, answering questions and ensuring your smooth transition into homeownership. Of course, you are always free to work with an independent real estate professional, if you so choose. If you are a real estate professional or are working with one, please refer to the Realtors® section that you can find in the contact tab of the Home page to learn more about our guidelines regarding RNL's co-op program.
    Yes, if you choose to work with a real estate agent, your agent is required to accompany and register with you during your first visit to the Community Model Home. If your real estate agent is not able to come for your first visit, they can register you through our realtor page. Registrations after an initial in-person visit or email/chat/phone correspondence with an RNL staff member will not be considered valid and a real estate commission will not be honored. A client registration by a real estate agent is valid for 90 calendar days, with the option of the agent renewing the registration.
    RNL Homes offers premium options for those who want a larger homesite, one that is situated in a more desirable area of the community, or showcases a special feature. For example, if you wish to live in a particular homesite that is located in a cul-de-sac or one that back up to trees and provides additional privacy, you might want to consider investing more for such a homesite. The same applies for the purchase of a larger homesite (property). Reach out to an RNL new home professional to inquire about premium homesites available in your community of interest.
    When you visit an RNL model home, one of our new home sales professionals can help you by providing you with pertinent information regarding the estimated taxes on the home you are considering, however, we always recommend you consult with a tax advisor.
