Trane Brand Air Conditioners, Delta Faucets, Tankless hot water heaters, I could keep going. Ok, I will their kitchen cabinetry is from a local cabinet maker, they use real wood on their baseboards not fiber board and you would not believe the finish outs in their pantry’s and closets. I encourage you to walk threw their model on Cottonwood Terrace in College Station and you will see the difference.

Look at the quality of the kitchen counters and then look at the other guys. What is offered in the base package with RNL is a upgrade with most builders. RNL also has 3rd party inspections throughout every stage of construction which was added comfort and peace of mind for us. We didn't find another builders that included 3rd party inspections.

    I was most satisfied with the entire process. It was smooth and just a well-oiled machine. They are just very organized and when they were getting the foundation ready the extra steps they do for the independent third-party inspectors provides a reassurance that everything was taken care of, from the foundation to framing, installation, and plumbing, everything was good. They poured the foundation on August 7th and we took possession of our house on December 6th. In four months, from the time they poured the slab, we were closing on our house. We are just very pleased.

    We were in the Bryan College Station attending our oldest granddaughter’s wedding in March 2017. We met with a realtor in anticipation of our move back to Texas from Northern Alabama. The realtor showed one of RNL’s new homes and we were very impressed with the floor plan, amenities, and quality of construction, even though that floor plan did not meet our needs in a home. An appointment was made with RNL to view other homes and areas in which they were building. Ricardo gave us an in depth review and showed several homes which confirmed the flexible planning, quality of construction, and their dedication to service for the buyer.

    Our home in Alabama sold quickly and were able to sign a contract with RNL to build our home in the Greenbrier Community on April 24. Nora met with us for two and one half days to make our selections in order to start the construction. We lived 850 miles away, but the planning and communications with Nora and Luis was excellent and we returned to Texas only once during the construction. RNL supplied intermittent pictures and frequent updates and our home was completed in five months.

    Ricardo, Nora, and Luis have been very prompt in responding to the few minor issues that needed their attention. We love our RNL home, the neighborhood, and Texas. We highly recommend RNL to build your dream home!
