    RNL Homes is currently building in select communities in Bryan and College Station. Due to internal capacity constraints, we are temporarily not offering "on-your-homesite" builds, but we plan to resume this option in the near future. During your personalized appointments, you’ll choose all the finishes and materials for your new home, with expert guidance every step of the way. Everything is conveniently located in one place, making your design experience smooth and enjoyable.
    Each of our floorplans offers a variety of pre-designed structural options to personalize your home. Whether it's converting a storage area into a powder bath, replacing windows with sliding glass doors leading to the back porch, or adding a media room upstairs, the possibilities are endless.
