Where does RNL build new homes?

RNL Homes is currently building in select communities in Bryan and College Station. Due to internal capacity constraints, we are temporarily not offering "on-your-homesite" builds, but we plan to resume this option in the near future. To explore our available communities, visit our Home page and click on "Find My New Home." There, you'll find a map of our communities, along with detailed information about each one on the left-hand side of the screen.

Can I customize the interior and exterior of my home?

At RNL's innovative Design Studio in South College Station, you’ll have the exclusive opportunity to work one-on-one with our experienced Design Specialist. During your personalized appointments, you’ll choose all the finishes and materials for your new home, with expert guidance every step of the way. Everything is conveniently located in one place, making your design experience smooth and enjoyable.

Can I make changes to RNL's floorplans?

Each of our floorplans offers a variety of pre-designed structural options to personalize your home. Whether it's converting a storage area into a powder bath, replacing windows with sliding glass doors leading to the back porch, or adding a media room upstairs, the possibilities are endless. How do I speak to an RNL representative in my community of interest?

Does RNL have any green or energy-saving initiatives or technologies?

Every RNL home is built with energy-efficient features, designed to vary by community but often including ENERGY STAR® appliances, water-saving plumbing fixtures, and high-performance TRANE® air conditioning systems. One standout feature across all our homes is the HERS certification, which guarantees your home meets top energy standards. This means lower utility bills for your family throughout the life of the home.

Do I need a real estate agent to purchase a new home?

You don’t need a real estate agent to purchase a new home from RNL Homes. Our knowledgeable sales professionals will assist you through every step of the process—helping you find the perfect home, guiding you through the purchase process, and ensuring a smooth closing. If you prefer, you're welcome to work with an independent real estate agent. If I have a real estate agent, does my agent need to visit the community with me?

We encourage you to have your real estate agent join you when visiting one of our model homes, but we understand that sometimes they may not be available. In this case, please let our Sales Executive know that you're working with an agent and provide their contact information so we can follow up with them after your visit.

What is a "homesite premium"?

RNL Homes offers premium homesite options for those seeking larger plots, prime locations, or special geographic features. Whether you’re interested in a cul-de-sac lot, one that backs up to trees for added privacy, or a homesite in a highly desirable area, we have options to suit your preferences. How do I determine the taxes for a new home?

When you visit an RNL model home, one of our sales professionals can provide you with general information about the estimated taxes on the home you're interested in. However, we always recommend consulting with a tax advisor for the most accurate and personalized advice.
